Maintenance review kitchen sink repair by Isaac Marco
It was a pleasure of having Isaac Marco handle the repair of both my stove and kitchen sink, and I’m beyond impressed with ... the level of service I received. Isaac was not only punctual but also extremely professional throughout the entire process. The stove had been giving me trouble for a while, and Isaac quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the malfunctioning igniter with a new, high-quality part, ensuring that the stove now works flawlessly. Cooking has never been easier or more reliable! In addition, the kitchen sink had a persistent clog that no amount of DIY efforts could fix. Isaac didn’t hesitate to tackle the problem. He replaced the crusher, which had worn out over time, and cleared the pipes thoroughly. The sink now drains effortlessly, and I no longer have to worry about any slow draining issues. Isaac’s attention to detail was exceptional. He took the time to ensure everything was functioning properly and tested both appliances before finishing the job. He also made sure to leave my kitchen spotless, which I really appreciated. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Isaac Marco’s work. His expertise, friendly demeanor, and dedication to getting the job done right truly set him apart. I highly recommend his services. I recently raised a maintenance request for my stove going off due to short circuit. It was Last sunday and I was about to ... cook the lunch. With minimal hopes I raised a maintanence request thinking it Sunday and next help will only arrive on Monday. Marco, not just help me quickly fix the stove over the phone but also came back on Monday to completely fix the short Circuit. When I told ... her this would be my first time renting she was eager to guide me and answer all my questions. She's so personable and fun to talk to. Not only is the property beautiful but it has so much to offer. I enjoy spending time outside and the have a cool pool deck by the lake where I see myself enjoying lunch or a book from time to time. I wanted to give some feedback on my move in experience. I have lived in several apartments over the years and this front ... office and management team is by far superior. Stephanie is very accommodating and always pleasant with every interaction. I am a full time working single mother and she always responded to my questions and requests quickly and efficiently. At one point, I received help from Olivia and she stopped what she was doing to make sure I was taken care of. She was so kind and made me feel welcome even though I hadn’t made a scheduled appointment. After move in I received help from two other front office team members and both were so friendly and inviting and made me feel as though I’ve known them for years. The kindness and professionalism amongst this group is truly incredible and insanely hard to come by in todays world. They have made what has always been a stressful transition so easy and I am so appreciative. I am looking forward to being a part of this community because of them!
